Jon’s approach to life, wellness and health are incorporated into the AAlite programs and educational materials. He enjoys working one-on-one with individuals who are in the process of figuring out the best approaches to health and wellness.
Jon has been practicing and coaching physical rehabilitation and mindfulness for 13 years. In that time he has developed best methods for gaining and maintaining physical health and wellbeing.

Jon is a co-author and facilitator of the physical activities that are incorporated into the AAlite programs.

Jon is a graduate of Arcadia University in Pennsylvania where he earned his DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy). His Bachelor of Arts degree is in Psychobiology. He is licensed in Virginia as a physical therapist.

Kimberly has practiced and taught mindfulness and many other personal development tools and techniques for over 17 years.  In that time she has developed systems for living mindfully, achieving life goals, and managing and coping with a variety of concerns. She combines science-driven tools and techniques that she has found to be the most beneficial to her wellness, health, and prosperity. She enjoys sharing her successes with individuals, groups, and organizations.
Kimberly is a survivor of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Major Depression, ADHD and Generalized Anxiety. The tools and techniques in the AAlite programs are the result of her successful efforts in maximizing potential, gaining and maintaining wellness, and living with intention.
Kimberly is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Virginia. She has earned two Masters Degrees, one in Experimental Psychology with a Clinical Focus and an MBA with a Human Resources Focus. Her Bachelor of Science degree (Virginia Commonwealth  University) is in Psychology and Substance Addictions Counseling. She is a researcher, project manager and subject matter expert on a number of health-related subjects for a government healthcare agency.

What is Personal Development Coaching?
